**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CAEA ARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, CULTURAL HERITAGE, AND THE FURTHERANCE OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AND WELLBEING, PRIMARILY WITHIN THE TAMIL COMMUNITY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS, TO PROMOTE SIMILAR OBJECTIVES WHICH ARE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES BENEFITING THE COMMUNITY.
