Treasurer's Report 2025
-
The accounts have been independently verified by accountant David Rios-Hughes, this year's fee remained the same as last year - £184.00.
-
David concluded we are roughly on about a 6k deficit this year meaning we have spent more than we have raised in fees/grants.
-
Fees brought in from parents/guardians for the children’s care, have fallen.
-
We took £50.5k last year and this year we have taken £46.5k so £4k less this year.
-
In terms of costs, most of the costs are in line with last year. The only thing which we didn’t have last year is the training costs.
-
The meal, entertainment and consumables costs have increased by around £800 year on year which you’d expect to increase naturally with inflation and other factors.
-
Apart from the above, David concluded that we’ve had a successful year, particularly with the investment made to refurbish the club’s facilities. Although the grant money isn’t in the bank, it’s in the form of capital gain as the value of the club's premises has increased with the refurbishment.
