MY eKgm inalion was G4rried oul in acc()rdance with the general dirL*tions given by the Lharity. Commission.
An examination includes a review, of the accounting records kepi bN' the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It alKtr inLludes consid¢rali()n of any unusual ilem5 or disL105ures in
the accounts and seeking explanaiion from the Trustecs, conL'erning such matters. The proccdur¢s
undertaken do not proi'ide all the evid¢n¢c thai would be required in an audit and consequenily l thi nol
express an audit of the accounts.
IT￿ependen1 Examiner's Sthiement
During my examination, th¢rc were ii¢ms thal to my attention. these hal'e been addressed for
forthcoming ￿COUnts.
Which gives me reasonable &quse to believe thaL in any material rcspe¢L the Truslees have met the
requir¢m¢ni to ¢nsure thai.
PrO￿r a¢wunling records ar¢ k¢Frf in aLcoidance with se£tion 41 of the a￿.
Accounis are prepared which agre¢ wilh th¢ accounting records and complN with the accounting
requirements of the acL
To which in my opinion. attention should k drawn in order to obtain a proper understanding of the accounts
to be reached.
I can confirm that none of the TrkLStees or rclald parties have gaind any advantage or have been paid by the
harity for any servic￿.
