## **History** 

The Trust was established by scheme that was sealed on 5[th] July 1996 its capital base being the proceeds of the sale of the North Hinksey School House now held in the form of 8,845.21 Income Shares in the CBF Church of England Investment Fund. 

## **Purpose** 

Acting in accordance with the principles and doctrines of the Church of England the trust exists to 

- a. Provide at North Hinksey Church of England Primary School special benefits of any kind for which provision is not made from public funds. 

- b. Promote the education of pupils attending the school 

## **The Trustees** 

Custodian Trustee: Diocesan Trustees (Oxford) Ltd. 

The Managing Trustees:  The Incumbent of the parish (ex-officio) One appointed by the North Hinksey PCC a One appointed by the Governing Body of North Hinksey Church of England Primary School 

The appointed trustees serve for a period of four years.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/06/2022 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act **Responsibilities and basis of** and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity **report** Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention  in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act 

**Independent examiner's statement** 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
