A charity that gives young pre-school children
in Rhondda Cynon Taff the opportunity to
benef it from early years education and
experiences through the medium of Welsh.
The Cylch Meithrin aims to give children
from the age of two the best start in their
educational journey. There is an oppor-
tunity for children to socialise and learn
through play led by our professional,
f riendly and enthusiastic staff .

The Cylch sessions are available 9am -
3pm Monday to Friday during school term
time. We offer services to families that can
access Flying Start, Childcare offer Wales
and for private f ee-paying families. ena-
bling parents to return to work if they wish.
Welsh is the language in our Cylch Meithrin
Ynyshir & Wattstown and we give a warm
welcome to all children. Over 760/0 of chil-
dren that attend Cylch Meithrin come f rom
non-welsh speaking homes and we take
the opportunity to encourage parents and
their families to learn Welsh with their chil-
dren.

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
