The Trustees, who are also directors for the purpose of company law, have
pleasure in presenting their report and the unaudited financial statements of the
harity lor the year ended 28th Februray 2023.

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The charity was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 27th February
1997 and is governed by an Article and Memorandum of Association.
Appointment of Trustees were initially by recommendation ol the elders of the
hurch and approved by the church members. Activities organised in furtherance
ol the objectives include regular Sunday church services, religious conventions,
seminars and training workshops.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The main objectives of the charity are the advancement ol christian faith, the relief
ol sickness, povety and the advancement of education in accordance with
Christian principles.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The church slarled in 1997 as a fellowship of a lew people who met al the home ol the
members. The number grew and soon rented a premises lor the Sunday services.
To the glory of God, the church has now established and is growing stronger in the
Lord with manileslalion of God's miracle on her members and everyone who comes
into contact wth God of Eternal Life Ministries International. The church has been incorporated
as a company limited by guarantee and obtained a charitable status.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees (who are also the directors ol Eternal Life Ministries International
Ministries lor the PLJrpose ol company lawl, are responsible for preparing the Trustees
Annual Reporl and the Financial Statement in accordance with applicable law and
United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Acceptable
Accounting Prarticel.
Comp2ny law requires the Trustees lo prepare Financial S12tement which give true
and fair view of the stale of allairs ol the charitable Company and ol the incoming and
applicable ol resources, including the income and expenditures ol the charitable
company for that period.
In preparing these Financial Statements, the Trustees are required to=
Select suitable accounting policies and apply them cionsistently.,
Observe the methods and principles in the charities SORP.,
Make judgments and eslimales that are reasonable and prudent.,
Prepare the financial statements on a going concem basis unless il is inappropriate
to assume that the charity will continue in operation.
The Trustees are responsible lor keeping proper accounting records that disclose with
reasonable accuracy al any lime the financial position ol the charity company and
ensure that the Financial Statement comply with the Company Act 2006 and Charitable
Act 1993. The trustees are also responsible lor safeguarding assets of the charity and
hence taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection ol fraud and other irregularities.

A resolution to appoint T T Accountancy Services as Accountants for the
ensuring year will be proposed al the Annual General Meeting.

As the charity's Iruslees you are responsible lor the preparation ol the a￿Counts, you
onsider that the audit requirement of sertion 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 Ithe Acll, as
amended by s.28 of the Charities Act 2006 does not apply. It is my responsibility to..
examine accounts under section 43 of the Art as amended, to follow procedures
specified in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under
section 4317llbl of the Art as amended, and to slate wheter particular matters have come
to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by
the Charities Commissioners. An examination includes a review ol the accounting
records kept by the charity and in comparision ol the accounts presented with those
records. It also inclLJdes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
a￿aUnt$, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in
an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the
accounts.

1 Accounting policies
The principal accounting policies are summarised below. The accounting policies
have been applied consistently throughout the year and the preceding year.
1.1 Basis of preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost basis convention and in
accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards the Statement ol
Recommended Prartice "Accounting and Reporting by charities" issued in March
2005 ISORPI and the Company Act 2006.
1.2 Incoming resources
All incoming resources are included in the statement ol financial activities when the
charity is entitled lo the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable
accuracy. The following specific policies are applied to particular categories ol income..
Voluntary income is received by way of grants, donations and gifts and is included in
lull in the statement ol financial activities when receivable. Grants where enlillemenl
is not conditional on the delivery ol a specific performance by the charity, are
recognised when the charity becomes unconditionally entitled to the grant.
Donated seNices and facilities are included al the value lo the charity where this can
be quantified. The value of services provided by volunteers has not been included.
Gills donated lor resale are included as incoming resources within artivities lor
generating funds when they are sold.
Income from investments is included in the year in which il is receivable.
1.3 Re$ouree$ Expended
Expenditure is recognised on an accrual basis as a liability is incurred. Expenditure
includes any VAT which cannot be lully recovered, and is reported as part of
the expenditure lo which il relates.
