**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SOURCE OF COMMUNICATIONS IN THE AREA OF WEST DEVON( BASED ON THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE AREAS KNOWN AS THE SOUTH HAMS, WEST HAMS AND DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK) FOR EMERGENCIES, DISASTERS OR THE PREVENTION THEREOF AND EMERGENCY AID TO THE LISTED USER SERVICES AS DEFINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY.

**Activities:** We are an independant local branch of the Radio Amateurs Emergency Network (RAYNET) who specialise in providing the community with communication facilities in times of emergency, and Public Safety at community events. We provide specialist communications links for community events attracting crowds from a few hundred to several thousands, and assist other Raynet groups nationally.
