The main aclivily ol the charity is to lund lrips, visits and activities lor
sILMJenls. Mosl of ihe income is provided by pupils by way of volunlary
conlrthtions towards the various ITPS, visits and aclivilies.
Iwslees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity
Commission ￿ wblic benefrt when planning Ihe activities.
The trustees confirm that pUl￿1C benefit has been provided by either
partly or lully funding Ihe cost for Fxpils from funds wiihin the college
fund. Pupils can a￿Y for ihis support. but they are also identified by staff
to ènsure they do nol miss out.

Achievements and performance
In the last year Covid reslrictions have started to ease and since
September 2021 schcol tTiPS have been able lo be organised.

Music Trip- orignal plans to lake the school's musicians to
L(￿On in ihe surnmer ot 2022 have had to be shelved this year
due lo long term staff absence. Any de￿Sits received were
refuThYed in full io families.
Belgium trp- orwjinally scheduled for summer 2021 Ihis lrip had
to be cancelled due lo Covmj restrictions. All families were
refunded in full lollowing a successful inSurar￿e claim.
Art trip- ￿ganised lo London for February 2022 has since been
cancelled and families have been fulty refunded.
Chihl, Health & Social Sludies - a trip has been organised to
London for March 2022 arml is set lo go ahead. Several YAudents
have received finarKial support lor this trip bth due lo their age
this was enacled via the 16-19 Bursary Fund and wilhin the
school's discretion.
Creative Futures Festival- thi5 was held in the summer of 2021
arKi With support from the Weslmorland Family Fund.
tkama Visits- during the autumn 012021 a school trip to sa8 a
oduction ol the School of R￿k in Sundedand.
Drama Visils- a visit is scheduled lo see the Curious Incident ot
ihe Dog in the Nighl-fime in Manchester in March 2022.
Opwall - Ihe school has tAanned a tiip to Dominica for July 2023
and instalments towards this trip are being received in ihe College
Fund. This is a replaGemenl for Ihe Irp scheduled in the summer
of 2021 was cancelled due lo Covid. A successful
Insuran￿ claim meant all families were lully reimbursed and there
was no f¥￿ncIal impact on the College Fund accounls.

The impxl of Covid-19 has continued lo prevenl nO￿nal furKlraisiThJ evenls have not been able lo take
place and currenlly there are no rAans lor any SCI￿01 production this academic year. The Trustees conlinue
to look al fthure fundraising slrategies.
The trips which had to be cancelled due to Covk*19 were covered by the school's insurance policy and
therefore had no detrimental elfect on the accounts.
The fund has not applied or received any fu￿lIng with regard lo CovpJ-19.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
