The Choir undertakes concerts and activities associated with singing Welsh choral music for the benefit of our local population, including fundraising for local charities, singing for those infirm or unable to attend concerts. The Choir also holds recruitment events to encourage men to take part in our Choir with the aim of improving mental health, cognitive ability and general health and well-being. |

Para 1.20 | The 2023-2024 operating period saw a successful year of delivering concerts and helping raise monies for local charities. We restarted our local Schools Choir competition following its suspension at the time of COVID and 6 schools took part. We also undertook a concert tour to Scotland which helped build relationships with Scottish choirs and cemented the value of our Supporters Section. Finally, the Choir was part of the traditional Welsh Association of Male Voice Choirs concert performance at the Royal Albert Hall. |
