**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION, IMPROVEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF GREAT DUNMOW AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE DISTRICT OF UTTLESFORD AND THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND OF THE PUBLIC AND THE NATION AT LARGE, OF THE BUILDING KNOWN AS THE BOYES CROFT MALTINGS, WHICH IS SITUATED IN WHITE STREET, GREAT DUNMOW AND LISTED AS A BUILDING OF HISTORIC AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST, BY SUPPORTING GREAT DUNMOW MALTINGS PRESERVATION TRUST LIMITED FINANCIALLY AND THROUGH THE VOLUNTARY HELP OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CHARITY; AND GENERALLY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE TRUST BY PROMOTING IT AND MOBILISING SUPPORT FOR IT FROM THE PUBLIC AND FROM LOCAL RESIDENTS AND ORGANISATIONS.
