Its address is 54 Hillway, London N6 6EP. The charlty trustees during the year to 30 April 2024 were: Philip Sanders Monica Sanders Robert Sumerlin8 Chair Trustee Trustee Philamonic Trust was established in 1998. The object of the charity is to distribute the Trusvs funds for char- itable purposes both nationally and overseas as may be detemiined from time to time by the trustees. Since the initial endowments were paid out, the assets of the fund have been maintained by periodic donations annually. This year the trust made grants of £20,050, a very slight decrease from grants of £20,310 in 2022 - 23. Charitable donations (primarily from the Trustees) have increased this year and amounted to £32.IXKI. The trustees maintain a twofold policy. First, making contributions to the grant makin8 programme of the Network for Social Change Charitsble Trust. The Trust continues to work closely with and makes grants with and through the Network for Social Change Charitable Trust to enhance the efficiency, focus and ef- fectiveness of donations. Support remained overall the Trusvs largest grant. Secondly, identifying for themselves potential recipient bodies with suitable charitable projects and re- viewing the projects prior to making grants, imposing such conditions as might seem appropriate. Projects supporting human rights, environmental and social justice and democracy were supported through organisations such as the Civil Liberties Trust. Unity Trust. Peace Brigades International UK and Open Trust. Also, the relief of poverty through Crisis. The Trust continued to support projects focused on the environment and the natural world with donations to Practical Action. the Centre for Alternative Technology and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Donations to Young Music Makers and the Royal Forestry Socievs Green Tree Badge Initiative in schools provided opportunities for school students to study music and nature. The Philamonic Trust is a grant giving trust only. The Trusthas no liabilities or firm future commitments, other than to progressively dispense its funds for public benefft. Therefore, no risk is identified as resulting from the inevitable depletion of funds. Accordingly. the trustees tske the view that it would be inappropri- ate and unnecessary to classify or separate out any part of the Trust's assets as reserves. Monica Sanders Trustee Ortober 2024 On behalf of the Trustees
