Objective of the Charity:
To advance the education of pupils of the school by providing and assisting in the provision of resources and facilities.
Annual Trustees Meeting:
The last annual trustees meeting was held on 30'" September 2025 at 09:30am.
Financial Review:
At the end of the financial year (31% July 2025) a balance of £54,153 was held in the current account.
Total income received during the year was £52,353, this was principally made up of £52,343 in voluntary donations made by parents/carers and bank interest of £10.
Total expenditure during the year was £121,650, which was made up of £50,000 annual grant to the school, £70,045 in capital donations and other expenses totalling £1,605.
The net surplus during the year was therefore £54,153.
There are no uncertainties with regards the charity continuing as a going concern.
Activities undertaken during the year ended 31° July 2025:
The annual grant to the school was £50,000, this was spent on resources and equipment that would otherwise not have been available such as extra pupil support in PE and languages, improving the IT provision in school and hiring the sports field from the Stratford upon Avon School. A one-off capital donation was made to support the partial funding an outdoor canopy and additional hardstanding.

As the charity’s trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act’).
