GILES-IN-THE-FIELDS BUILDINGS AND CHURCHYARD THEREBY MAINTAINING THEM AS A FITTING SETTING FOR THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SERVICES.  (2) TO MAINTAIN REPAIR PRESERVE AND IMPROVE THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS OF OTHER BUILDINGS AND PROPERTIES WHICH ARE OWNED AND LEASED OR CONTROLLED BY THE PARISH AND WHICH ARE USED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND RELIGION.  (3) TO ADVANCE THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND RELIGION IN THE PARISH.  (4) TO PROVIDE OR AUGMENT THE STIPEND OF THE MINISTER OF THE PARISH CHURCH OR ASSIST THE MINISTER IN MEETING THE EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY MAKING PAYMENTS OF CAPITAL OR INCOME TO THE ALICIA DUCHESS DUDLEY FOR RECTOR CHARITY.
