**Objects:** Objects2.1 SMART CJS is established for the promotion of charitable purposes within the United Kingdom, for:2.1.1 the advancement of education;2.1.2 the protection of health;2.1.3 the relief of poverty, sickness and distress;2.1.4 the reduction of substance related harm to the individual and the wider community;(hereinafter referred to as "the Objects")

**Activities:** To reduce the impact of substance misuse on the health, safety and social wellbeing of individuals and the wider community. We achieve this by identifying, assessing and engaging individuals through a variety of interventions and services that are geared to supporting the recovery journey. SMART CJS also provides services for the relief of rough sleeping and homelessness.
