## **Annual Report 2021**
The Trust has undertaken several activities this year in compliance with its charter.
The following activities were achieved as a result of hard work from the volunteers and
trustees of the above Trust.
- ~ Conducting daily prayers.
- ~ Conducting weekly sermons which had more than 175 people attending.
- ~ Established a Sunday Islamic school for more than 45 children with the support of
more than 5 volunteer teachers.
- ~ Accommodated visits from local primary schools where Islam was explained in
more detail.
- ~ Visited local primary schools and shared the Islam faith.
- ~ Fed an average of 35 people during the month of Ramadan.
- ~ Accommodated visits from different groups within the community for spiritual and
other needs.
- ~ Established a good working relationship with other local charities and
organizations including WICC, WIFF, the police and many other local businesses.
- ~ Completed stage two of the new building project.
- ~ Established a monthly Open Day session where the mosque was opened to the
wider public to come and learn about Islam. Attendance averaged about 25
people.
- ~ Successfully organized and coordinated support to local in our community.
The past year has been a challenge due to Covid-19 as trust had to be closed during
lock-downs.
