B) TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS IN MERSEYSIDE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES BY STIMULATING AND ENCOURAGING SELF-CONFIDENCE AND THE ABILITY OF SELF EXPRESSIONS SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
