Achievements and performance

This year we have continued to provide work placements and have had considerable success in finding paid employment opportunities for many of our clients.

We have seen great support from our cohort of employers and have widened this base significantly. Our long term partnership with Sheffield City Council continued, although we continue to see financial pressure to deliver more, whilst our core costs continue to rise.

Our team has again responded magnificently to these challenges. We have seen continued long term support and commitment, and our low turn over allows us to consolidate and provide meaningful support and valued contribution to all our clients.

Overall demand for our services remains high and providing pastoral support is a key pillar of our services and remains a key differentiator in our contract bids and wider activity. Put simply it is who we are, and we know the wider societal impact is both positive and appreciated.
