**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND THEIR CARERS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE VILLAGES OF ASTON, AUGHTON AND SWALLOWNEST WITH SOME OVERLAP INTO TODWICK, FENCE, ULLEY, KIVETON PARK AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPLEMENTING, CO-ORDINATING AND DEVELOPING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY AGENCIES SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE

**Activities:** Provides a drop-in centre for the elderly once a week with transport for those who need it.  Provides a social outlet for the elderly in order to keep them in their own homes for as long as possible rather than going into residential accommodation.  Organise trips and other social events.
