To Award Scholarships Exhibitions Bursaries Or Maintenance Allowances Tenable In Any School University Or Educational Establishment Approved By The Trustees To Persons Under 25 Years Of Age Where Such Persons Are Generally Suffering Under Conditions Of Need Hardship Or Distress.
