The Trust was historically responsible for the strategic and operational management of a number of Manchester City Council's indoor leisure facilities. Over recent years, the Trust has been working in partnership with MCC to develop and deliver a transformation plan for their operation. The Trustees are currently preparing to wind up the charitable company.
Objects: A) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation For The General Public In The Interests Of Social Welfare.b) To Advance Education Through The Promotion Of Physical Development Of Children And Young People And Students At Schools And Further And Higher Educational Institutions In The City Of Manchester.
