Within the two clubs the children are offered a Choi￿ of nutritious drinks and snacks and

The school playing fields are used for outdoor activities when Ihe weather is fine.
As a charity we seek to benefit the local community, therefore our fees are kept afft)rdable.

We have suc￿SsfUllY managed our financial sustainability through the ongoing pressures
of rising costs. Staff retention and recruitment in the Childcare Sector continues to be

meet the need for an increase in capacity. Our staff training program was expanded to
encourage continued professional development and further enhance play skills.
Our Trustee & Management Committee membership has b*n stable over the past year. We have
updated our Investments and Reserves Policy in light of our increasing cosls and income.
Trustee awareness and Safeguarding training is an area of constant review, and a new lead
Safeguarding Trustee has been appointed.

In response to the ongoing demand for places at the Club we are further increasing our

and will work with RA Butler Academy to identify these.
We will be consulting wilh parents and carers over the coming year to identify our
suc￿SseS and areas we can make improvements to best serve our community.
We will continue to expand our staff training program to further enhance play skills and
staff awareness of the diverse needs of children and how to best respond to these.
Training and induction for Trusteeslcommittee Members will continue to be enhan￿d.
Childcare reforms are occurring over the coming 3 years to improve the accessibility of
wrap-around-childcare including the government's plan to offer free Breakfast Clubs to all
children. The extent to which these may impact the Club will be closely monilored by the
Management Committee.
