## **Annual Report to the Members of Christ Ambassadors International Ministries (CAIM)** 

- From 13[th] April 2020 – 12 April 2021

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

- The Trustees are Margaret Addai(Reverend Minister and Chairman of Trustees), Daniel Owusu Darko(Trustee) and Kofi Ntim Mensah(Trustee). 

- Lloyds Current Account Signatories are: Richard Joseph Addai(Reverend Minister and church leader), and Margaret Addai. 

- Senior Leadership Team Formed Consisting of: 

   - Richard Joseph Addai – Reverend Minister – General overseer providing Leadership, Vision, Discipleship and Overseer of all Church Affairs. 

   - Margaret Addai – Reverend Minister – Providing Vision, Discipleship, Managing the day to day operations of the church, leading Women’s Ministry and Family Ministry. 

   - Ernest Barimah –Pastor – Providing Discipleship, assisting with management of the day to day operations of the church, leading Youth and Children Ministries. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

- To advance the Christian religion and relieve sickness in particular through the provision of counselling. 

- The church remains focused on the Christian faith, evangelising the Word of God and providing encouragement and counselling to all communities - this has consistently been demonstrated by the meetings that are held throughout the week - Sunday Worship, Monday and Friday Prayer sessions, Bible studies and Youth service. 

## **Performance and Achievements** 

- Due to Covid 19, the church has experienced a substantial amount of destruction to the usual activities of church life. Our place of worship has been closed since March 2020 due to ongoing renovation however the vital work of the church has continued. Many church activities are now provided via online services. 

- The Pastors continue to reach out providing Pastoral care and spiritual support to those needing reassurance, comfort and help. 

- The church maintained and supported oversees ministry by providing spiritual leadership, practical support, training resources and contributions to assist with church building project. 

- A number of events were hosted throughout the year, including Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Youth Day, Children’s Day and Harvest Day.
