**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC BY THE PROMOTION, STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF THE MUSIC OF THE LATE SIR GEORGE DYSON AND BY MAKING AVAILABLE THE MANUSCRIPTS WRITINGS SCORES DRAFTS AND MEMORANDA OF THE LATE SIR GEORGE DYSON FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE STUDY OF HIS WORK.

**Activities:** To provide financial support to enable amateur and professional musical performances (largely but not exclusively choral) to take place with specific reference to the music of Sir George Dyson. Also to support,  research, education and the publication of music, books and articles.
