Activities
The charity is a choral society of approximately 60 amateur singers, led by a professional musical director. It presents a minimum of three public concerts annually, often with professional singers and instrumentalists. The repertoire covers a wide range of classical and light classical music. The society is currently developing plans for the creation of a Youth Choir.
Objects: To Promote, Improve, Develop And Maintain Public Education In And Appreciation Of The Art And Science Of Choral Music In All Its Aspects By The Presentation Of Public Choral Concerts; And For The General Purposes Of Such Charitable Bodies Or For Such Other Purposes As Shall Be Exclusively Charitable As The Committee May From Time To Time Decide.
