**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF GREAT PONTON IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** The principal activities of the charity involve holding social events to raise money to keep the premises going and to finance improvements to the Centre. The premises are open every Friday night as a 'social club'. Other regular events include coffee morning on Thursdays, and a well attended Bingo evening held on Wednesdays. The Centre is available for room hire. Seasonal events are also held.
