**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF BAMENDA-NKWE DESCENT LIVING IN LONDON TO RELIEVE POVERTY, ADVANCE EDUCATION, PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** A fund raising ceremony was organised in July 2008. The charity sent was formed to fund the scholarship scheme in Bamendankwe Cameroon. Donations are already accepted from members of BAMEDCA, a community group in the UK
