**Objects:** 1) TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF STRAY AND UNWANTED ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND PROVIDE TREATMENT FOR SICK OR ILL-TREATED ANIMALS.  2) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ANIMAL AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF STRAY AND UNWANTED ANIMALS AND TO RE-HOME OR FOSTER WHERE APPROPRIATE.  3) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF ANIMAL CARE AND PROMOTE ANIMAL WELFARE EDUCATION IN THE COMMUNITY
