**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF WOLVERHAMPTON WHO HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED OR WHO ARE AT RISK OF BEING EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL BY THE PROMOTION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING SO AS TO ENABLE THEIR RETURN TO FULL TIME EDUCATION AND TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** To enable disaffected young people, excluded or truanting from school to embark upon a programme that will lead to their return to mainstream education, access training and improve their job prospects.
