The trust is a registered charity, number 1067254, and is cons�tuted under a Trust Deed dated 24[th] November 1997.  The trust was established from an ini�al gi� from Sir Richard Pease and a subsequent gi� in his Will. 

New trustees are appointed by exis�ng trustees for an ini�al period of 5 years, a�er which they put themselves forward for reappointment.  There will be a minimum of 2 Trustees. 

All trustees give of them �me freely and there is no remunera�on.

The trustees have considered the major risks to which the charity is exposed and have established systems and procedures to manage those risks.

The total assets increased from £4,081,373 as at 05/04/2023 to £4,492,283 as at 05/04/2024. The investments provided income of £133,492 and dona�ons/grants totalled £26,500. The value of the investments rose by £303,892.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ( the Trust") for the year ended 0510412024.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act"),
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
und8r section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Direction8 given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent The charity's gross income exceeded £25,000 and l am qualified to
examlner'B statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with sectlon 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ( the Trust") for the year ended 0510412024.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
