**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY LIVING IN GREATER MANCHESTER WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT

**Activities:** ACMHS is a community based organisation providing free confidential and culturally appropriate services to African and African Caribbean people suffering from mental ill health. Main activities are assessment and management of care, Mental health services,  IAPT, CBT, Advocacy, Volunteering, Carers Group, Student Placement,  Advice and Support, Counselling, Drop-ins, Befriending/peer support
