Achievements and Performance
The main achiev¢in¢nts of the charity during the year were..
Setting Wds full and we had a wailing list.
Parent partnership bccame stronger. Par¢n¢S now being invited back into the room for drop offs and pick.up.
Staff went on Inore (raining.
Fjetter working partnership5 built with outside prof¢ssionals.
New outside plug sockets installed.
Through the work the charity has done with its beneficiaries (the children) it continue5 to slrivc to cnsure the children are
rcady for school Iransition. they are able to actively develop 50uial skills and provide parentslcarers with the opportunity for
respite.
Financial Review
General: 'fhe full financial results ure sei out on pages 5 to 8. In summary ihe ti)tBI receipis from all sources amounted to
£194.645 and total payments including the purchase of fixed a58ets anJount¢d 10 £194,681. Tl)is resulted in an dcfiCIt of
paym¢nls over receipts on unrestrictcd funds of£36 before transfers. I'hc net unrestricted funds of the charity havc decreased
from £30.229 to £30,193.
Reserves Pollcy: Our policy is to hold sufficient reserves to sustairt thc pre-school should our inGon)e fall below expectcd
levels. Our inlcntion would be to continue functioning #s a pre-school if ai all possible, bui in the cvcnt of closure we would
nced su￿1Clent funds to cover staff iedundancies.
