Equal Weight raises money, mainly from doorstep collections, for small scale development projects in India and Africa. We usually work with small, grassroots NGOs in recipient countries that we either know personally or have had recommended to us by trusted partners.Most of the projects we fund involve educational and self-help initiatives implemented in partnership with village cooperatives.
Objects: The Relief Of Poverty Through Direct Financial Aid And The Promotion Of Economic Self-Sufficiency, Education, Health, Family Planning And The Conservation Of Natural Resources In 3rd World Countries By Funding Other Charitable Organisations In The Countries Concerned To Carry Out Tasks And Projects Deemed By The Trustees To Be In Furtherance Of The Above Stated Aims.
