**Objects:** TO APPLY THE INCOME AND CAPITAL THEREOF IN SUCH MANNER AS THEY SHALL IN THERE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES NAMELY;                                                                                                                             A) FOR THE RESTORATION PRESERVATION REPAIR MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CHURCH OF HATFIELD ST LAWRENCE ("THE CHURCH") IN THE DIOCESE OF SHEFFIELD AND THE COUNTY OF SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND OF THE MONUMENTS FITTINGS FIXTURES STAINED GLASS FURNITURE ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND OF THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH        B) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE SAID COUNTY OF SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND THE SAID DIOCESE TO PRESERVE REPAIR MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND RECONSTRUCT THE CHURCH AS A BUILDING OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE AND ARCHITECTURAL VALUE IN THE EVENT OF THE CHURCH BEING DECLARED REDUNDANT BY A PASTORAL SCHEME MADE UNDER THE PASTORAL MEASURE 1983 (OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR RE-ENACTMENT THEREOF) OR OTHERWISE CEASING TO BE USED REGULARLY FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP AND THE MONUMENTS FITTINGS FIXTURES STAINED GLASS FURNITURE ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING THERETO.

**Activities:** The making of grants to the Parochial Church Council (P.C.C) of St Lawrence Hatfield to enable the P.C.C. to pay for the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and reconstruction of the church building and of its church yard.
