**TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT JANUARY 2022** 

## **SCHOOL VOLUNTARY FUNDS – ACCOUNTING PERIOD 1.9.20-31.8.2021** 

The accounts were audited by JCA School Support Ltd. in October 2021. Copies were presented to the F & R Governors meeting on 9[th] November 2021. These accounts will be uploaded onto the Charity Commission Website. 

The school fund is not reported on separately but as part of the main Governing Body meetings.  The school fund Chair is Andrew Stammers and Rebecca Cottage is Secretary and Debbie Packer is treasurer, 

It has been another covid year so income and expenditure will be different from previous years. 

The accounts presented show an in year income of £33,466 and an in year expenditure of £12,000.  We have been receiving income from Stripe, Amazon Smile, lottery and Paypal as part of our fundraising efforts for the new build. Some of our income and expenditure for this accounting year has been as follows:
