Rental income represents the majority of the income for the ground during this period. The maintenance of the ground has been heavily subsidised by the Council during this period. The Council has provided in excess of £97,000 from its own and other charitable funds towards the upkeep of the site.The Council continues to ensure that the recreation ground is maintained to an acceptable standard for the public benefit of local inhabitants and that it fulfils its obligations as trustee. The recreation ground has, once again, been awarded Green Flag status, which is a significant achievement. The Council as trustee has complied with the duty in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission. As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011

I report in respect of my examination of the
accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.| I have completed my examination.
