Investment perfofmance

As at 30 Novemter 2023, the porffolio was valued al £55,954 wlh an ethmaled gfOSS annual income of £1,769 or
yield of 3.160A.
Over the year the inveslrnenl portfolio for the Chanty returned 5 55fjh in total return terms, compared lo the MSCI
PIMFA Balanced index which rose 2.eé°A. The UK 911 market over the same period fdl 5.66°A and the FTSE AJI
World lose 5.96èh on a total retum ba*s.
Over the 12 month period lo 30 November 2￿23, the rnarkets saw a stroNJ rally towards the end of the period, in
anb(ipation of the interest rale cyde peaking. This was in contsast lo the rise in geopdit'cal le[￿lOn$ seen through
the year ￿1th the recent conflicts in the Midde East and market volatility earlier in the period following the mini
ban￿ng Cri￿S in the US. The rise In Llobd equity markets wa5 led by the US, which now represents 87°A of the
world market. However, the true health ol the US economy was (fisguised ty the pKJlarisats"on of the S&P5ts),
dominated by the 'Magnificenl 7. stock5. which accounted for around 70% 01 the overall nse The Chinese economy
conl'nued lo sliuggle due lo issues wilh their pro￿rty maikel im￿ct ¥obal demand but we saw better ielurns from
Japan and India as global economies reduced their reliance on Chinese suFfdy cha￿.
Over the Feriod, due lo the Increagnuly Ur￿ertain Macrc￿econorniC enwronment we reduced ewity exw5ure lo
