**Objects:** (A) PROMOTING THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION INTO THE NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN HEALTH AND REDUCE ILLNESS THROUGH A CO ORDINATED AND VARIED PROGRAM PROMOTING THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH DELIVERED TO MANY POINTS IN THE COMMUNITY; (B) THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC BY EDUCATING RESEARCH INTO , THE CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF ILLNESSES AND SPORTS INJURIES, AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.

**Activities:** The principle aims of the Trust are to promote good health and well-being in the people of Burnham, Buckinghamshire, particularly the young and the elderly.  The Trust is also involved in the relief of sickness.
