**Objects:** (A) A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ASHBY ST LEDGERS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, A SURGERY, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND /OR (B) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS MAY BE APPROVED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS.

**Activities:** Provides a community facility for the residents of the village and surrounding areas. The Hall is used for weekly keep fit sessions, book club, scabble club and  a youth club. The Hall is used for Parish Meetings and  as a Polling station. The Charity raises money for the the maintenance, refurbishment and upkeep of this historic thatched building.
