The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparab.on of the accounts. They consider that an audit is not
required for this year under seciion 144(21 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and thal an independent
examination 1$ needed.

- to follow the procedures laid down in the general Difections given by the Charity Commission under

My examination w8$ carried OLrt in accordance wilh the gèneral Directions given by the Charty Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a Comparison of the
accounts presented wth those records. It also indudes consideration of any unusual items or disdosure8
rn the accounts. 8llLY seeking explanations from yov as trustees concerning any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide 811 the evidence that would be reqUI￿d in an audit and consequently
no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the rèport is limited to
those matters out in the statsment below.
