In addition the School Fund receives

charities.
When funds are raised to benefll tlie school,
these are usually for a specific project and
any monies are used lo fund that Kiroje¢l.
Occasionally we receive donation¢,, for the
School Fund wilh no specific project in mind.

balance carried forward to the nexl financial
year (01109123- 31108124) was £58069.89,
Of this amount £15396.42 is due to be paid
to cover the cost of trips and activities
leaving £42673.47.

reserves. However, sufficient reseryes are
required to cover such things as uiiiform
stock or any payments for school visits

trustees and examiner under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
lo follow the procedures laid down in Ihe general Diredions given by the
Chaflty Cornmission (under section 145(5)(bl of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
