**Objects:** A. PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF A REQUIEM MASS FOR THE REPOSE OF THE SOULS OF ALL FORMER PUPILS OF THE SAID COLLEGE WHO HAVE DIED WHILST ON ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE AS A RESULT OF ENEMY ACTION.  B. IN AUGMENTING THE INCOME OF THE ENDOWED CHARITY OR OF THE STONYHURST ASSOCIATION CHARITY.  C. IN OTHERWISE ADVANCING EDUCATION AT THE SAID COLLEGE.

**Activities:** The Charity applies its income to provid for the annual celebration of a requiem Mass for the repose of the souls of former pupils of Stonyhurst College who have died on active military service.  The Charity augments the income of the Stonyhurst Association Charitable Trust or of the Stonyhurst Association Charity and otherwise advances education at Stonyhurst College.
