ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Charitable activities
Introduction Our role in bringing to nations the word of the Lord is to bring purity and transparency and the debacle of the last years was prophetically brought out by this ministry under constant threat as in the days of the Primitive Church.
Despite the challenge of many years of persecutions and threatenings particularly from 2010 when we were threatened to be "destroyed through official channels", God's grace has overcome, the gates of hell have not prevailed - it is as if the model of the Early Church is being restored. -
Acts 4:28-30 Authorized (King James} Version (AKJV)
28 - for to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. 29 - And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30 - by stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
What is sad is the fact that the nation around us is in serious decline as we know it, a nation no longer having God as its ROCK, To counteract this have continued to present our Judeo-Christian heritage in line with our Constitutional Acts, we continuing to promote policies and procedures in line with our own British Constitution rather than being under the laws of a global order, nation after nation rejecting God and coming under the pestilences, famines and earthquakes prophesied in God's Word.
To be protected from this, we must give ear to what is in our Constitutional Acts, our Head of State on oath promising to uphold them, but with the change of Monarch we believed it to be true that God was emphasizing THE ROYAL PRIESTHOOD OF BELIEVERS, to have a ministry to take on according to scripture the build up to the GREAT TRIBULATION to give every opportunity for every believer becoming "perfected" for the work of the ministry so every creature can be reached.
Trustees on many occasions have fought any attempt to change these constitutional demands seeing such action as an act against the very heart and foundations of our nation. Clear signs of a growing totalitarian state were all around us, and so by presenting the nation’s spiritual and temporal foundations we looked to bring stability and counteract the growing atmosphere of fear and control.
Past Presidents of the USA like Truman and Reagan have warned of nations turning away from the Word of God, for by doing this we lie in danger of becoming a totalitarian state.

The Constitutional acts of the nation and its Compact with USA are given in the full report on line: https://www.thebiblecollegeofwales.org/24-25-parts-1-2-annual-report
Part 1: The Intercessions
From the 1920's onwards our spiritual founder Rees Howells (whose College we have now restored) emphasized the importance of intercession. indeed, it is our firm conviction that it is because of the intercession that went on in the College during the years of the Second World War, that conditions were made for a nation to not only continue its freedom but hold onto its Christian heritage and be able to take the Gospel to “every creature".
We exist today with the same passion, the ministry having travelled to specific locations, for specific purposes to maintain the puritan heritage of our nation, a heritage that gives the necessary freedom and resources to fulfil the call of God on all true Christians.
Firmly re-establishing REES HOWELLS INTERCESSION Suresh Ramachandran and his daughter Misha returned to the Martyrs Stake at Wigtown, Covenanters who inspired Rees Howells with his original vision for the College.

Trustees' Report for the Year Ended 30 April 2025 Over many years now amazing intercessions have taken place through Brian Mason, who had been trained by Samuel Rees Howells, taking place in many locations, and are featured on the ministry's youtube channel, and at JESUSECCTV.ORG. Now under the heading “Rees Howells Intercession" we continue that ministry.
Part 2: THE CONTEXT OF THE INTERCESSIONS - we were called here by God to re-build THE WHITE HOUSE OF NINIAN in the Jand of the Covenanters in the village and area where Christianity was first preached in Scotland - hence the name WHITHORN and our presence here - government as in the days of the Covenanters forbidding us to open our doors, a person connected to security services warning us to "not let out what we have in here" - hence the return of the CONVENTICLE!
This is exactly what happened in 1678 when government, both state and establishment "church" decided to harass the Covenanters who secretly held meeting called "conventicles" which is exactly what we have done this year moving in the mantle of covenanters who did not back down.
The last years have brought a greater understanding of how Christianity is being suppressed in Britain, those who uphold Christian nationhood being particularly persecuted despite of the nation's Constitutional! Acts.
After years of persecution, the ministry was called to move from its North Wales base to a fand that is steeped in Christian history, we restoring with its newly painted exterior the "White House" of Whithorn moving in the mantle of St Ninian. Truly after years of battle Candida Casa was again amongst the people of Whithorn. From the year 390 to now, the White House proclaiming Christ Jesus was now restored livestreaming all over the world, making this mission a worldwide one!
Whilst this continues on social media, with college courses available for students all over the world alongside conventicles in a secret place, it is noticeable that organisations have built up during this year's fighting for the freedom of speech that is now clearly being denied to Christians all over the western world. As Danie! defied local law by praying to the God we pray too, so with us as in our bellies is the heart of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who were thrown into the fiery furnace and so with us, not the smell of fire was upon them as it is not on us. Despite of the 1664 Conventicle Act we were and are determined to continue preferring the freedom of the 1559 Elizabeth Settlement that demands monarchy and all government offices under the Monarch to_ primarily “increase virtue in Christ's religion" which we are doing by keeping Constitutional Law and Scotiand's Solemn League and Covenant which treasonably both loca! council and national government are refusing to do - this we believe to be the CONSERVATION of the CONSTITUTION and anything that comes against this is treasonable. The ministry recognized however that the country was entering a new era, with the freedom fought for over iwo world wars being removed, our ministry embracing the Constitutional Acts of the nation featured on the Recognition part of the Coronation Service, our ministry having given this to the Royal Priesthood of Believers rather than a Royal family who simply have not upheld the Constitution of the Nation, but rather allowed ministries standing up for Christian Nationhood to be persecuted.
Part 3: The Prophecies
https://www.thebiblecollegeofwales.org/24-25-part-3-the-prophecies
| : : : : : : : : =: : : : : :
55 prophecies were given this year mostly emphasizing warnings, the power we have in “reaching every creature." Whilst this less than in other years, it has to be said the intensity of the prophecies show an even greater urgency than in previous years.
During May 3 Prophecies were given in the context of a General Election going on in the country and a change of government. Unsettlement and concern was widespread and so it is appropriate to note the first prophecy emphasizing that real peace can only come through God particularly at a time of wars and rumours of wars.
Page 3

Trustees’ Report for the Year Ended 30 April 2025
The ministry is positively pro-life not seeing the unborn child as anything but a human being demanding the same rights as anybody else, the ethical question coming out of Prophecy 2 being who the unborn child would vote for.
Christians can see a major change in the country with ideologies alien to our Constitutian doing great harm. Hence Prophecy 3 which gives the Jeremiah Commission from 1:10 telling us that before we can build a beautiful garden of the Lord we must understand the importance of removing the weeds first, this being done spiritually by intercession in the context of the New Testament.
In June 3 further prophecies were given in view of rescuing those in the world bound by the "god of this world" so discerned by Jesus witnessing seeing Satan fall like “lightning from heaven."
Prophecy cries out for this generation to understand our nation's heritage with Prophecy 5 declaring that change is coming, emphasizing that is at conception life begins. Prophecy 6 shows us the will of God that none should perish - no - not one so our heart in this ministry is to bring the love of Christ Jesus to the nation whilst warning the nation of the severe consequences of neglecting our Constitution. A very lively month for prophecy being given within the context of global tensions including that of the Ukraine war. It is the heartfelt desire of this ministry that there be understanding between all sides involved in wars, God loving all peoples of this world and desiring we trade freely.
By quoting President Putin, this is done in the context of stressing his concern about the moral decline of western countries including Britain. This has been given by revelation as well as research into what Putin, a professing Christian is saying. There has been no contact whatsoever with any member of the Russian government or any of its proxies only moving on the desire of God to move our nation back to its God given Constitution that includes protection of all from conception to the grave.
it is important therefore we stress that prophecy has been given in the context of Christian Ethics and our desire to save our country rather than support any other. We believe our nation's legal system was originally based on Judeo Christian values and it is entirely appropriate for a Christian Charity to promote peaceful negotiations but how can that be done when one side of an argument is censored or suppressed?
July begins with Prophecy 7 dealing with government after government failing to protect the unborn child, giving a quote in relation to this activity being a ritual offering to the spirit world. This is extremely serious as God promises to protect our country but cannot do so if there is continuing sacrifice to Molech.
As a ministry we have felt on our own, persecuted and suppressed. It is as if we have been on another planet and indeed we have for the thoughts of God are not the thoughts of man.
i : : : : : : : :
Isaiah 55:6-8 Authorized (King James) Version 6 - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 - let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 -For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
Page 4
Life Changing Ministries International Church South Cheshire Trust Trustees’ Report for the Year Ended 30 April 2025 It is in the context of Putin quoting our National "Church" moving away from its roots with Putin looking to protect his nation’s children from the West's moral decline. It is in this context we quote him, not in the context of political support. We quote this in relation to bringing our nation back to God, not for any other reason and to promote peace talks.
Prophecy 8 gives the assurance of God's protection on his remnant and this is so important for God will always protect those who obey him and this is not the case when it comes to western countries disobeying God, killing the unborn and having a National "church" that is a million miles away from its spiritual roots under the Oxford Martyrs in England and the Covenanters in Scotland, all being prepared to die for their country and it is this passion we have today for our country to be right under God, we suffering years of persecution and abuse and we are saying we will speak out the WORD OF THE LORD without fear, even if it involves the ultimate price and so we can positively put down any accusation of support of a foreign country, it being on ethics we quote a nation known as an enemy for after all under God are we not supposed to love our enemy.
Matthew 5:43-44 Authorized (King James) Version 43 - Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 - But | say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Would this not be a better approach for surely this would bring peace, trade and prosperity rather than lost lives? Surely it is right by quoting scripture to a nation that needs saving, but to do this its errors need to be highlighted particularly the plight of the unborn child.
Prophecy 9 emphasizes humility for a nation that humbles itself before God will always succeed.
Prophecy 10 shows the Bible telling us of end time wars, pestilences and famines but surely God has promised to protect nations of a Judeo-Christian heritage but what if those nations turn away from this heritage. The example of history is clear and it is in this context warning is given.
Prophecy 11 again quotes Putin within the context of a possible war and the reason he is quoted in prophecy ts to bring understanding to what an apparent enemy is saying illustrating that a government upholding its own heritage can negotiate on ethical as well as expansionist concerns. Included in this prophecy is exposure of how western scriptures have been changed to that of Alexandria rather than the Judeo Christian root of Antioch, this having a devastating effect on the power of the establishment "church" in our nation.
Prophecy 12 is a call to pray for the nations for only JESUS is the answer rather than a global order determined to challenge what God has declared in HIS WORD.
Prophecy 13 reveals how we operate as a ministry and that is by revelation rather than the mental intellect of man and it is for this reason why before a Parliamentary law making session, prayer is always at the forefront - but it needs to move from a religious routine to actuatly hearing from God and it is this way this ministry operates and puts to the nation that it should do the same. Prophecy 14 gives warning of the spirit of antichrist that all the times looks to bring to the forefront human understanding rather than God given revelation. The context of all these prophesies is of course within the Biblical warnings given in relation to end times, the beginning of sorrows, the scripture calling the Remnant Church to not be troubled in Prophecy 15.

Prophecy 16 gives examples of antichrist that includes global blasphemies, our ministry being called to continuously point this out, for unless we return to the fear of God our nation will fail, and it is our heart that it does not fall.
Prophecies 17 and 18 show us to continuously look to the Lord Jesus despite of tremendous battles in running this ministry, one that stands out from the crowd because of revelation above intellect.

Trustees' Report
for the Year Ended 30 April 2025
August brings further prophecies coming this month in the context of worsening global conditions with tensions, threats and oppressions increasing. It clearly is time to return the nation to God with Prophecy 19 giving understanding of the Middle East scenario coming from Ezekiel! 38.
Prophecy 20 gives reference to a personal TRUS examination and the subject of overcoming fear, so important in a nation that is said to have a menta! health problems, these problems commonly relating to fears and insecurities. At the heart of Prophecy 21 is the meaning of true holiness relating this to the Believer being the "temple of the Holy Ghost", it being AS HIM, not a matter of being law but being the "fulfilment of the law." oe
Prophecy 22 relates to Good Samaritans and how we as a ministry time after time again have been helped by the most unlikely and examples are given of this.
The importance of "virtue" as defined in the British Constitution is all in Prophecy 23 including a well known quote from President Reagan that declares democracy cannot endure without "virtue". This is clearly what is happening in Britain with free speech being curtailed, something that has to be addressed particularly with relating the Gospel.
Prophecy 24 again addresses a warning to the country with an alarm calling the nation back to God.
Redemption and entering into his rest follows in Prophecies 25 & 26.
Prophecy 27 encourages the focussing on JESUS in a world falling apart without HIM. Prophecy 28 brings out the curses on the land in Galloway and Ayrshire and instruction for future intercessions to be put on line.
The parallel between now and “as in the days of Noah" is given in Prophecy 29. Prophecies 30 & 31 give the parallel to the ethical question as to whether it is right to show sexuality on the streets through Pride marches in contrast to our history sending out Pilgrim Fathers to America to found another Christian nation. A telling question before God.
We noticed in September a constant theme is continuing this year through prophecy and that is the great danger the nation is in by forgetting God and taking on alien ideologies to our Constitution. Throughout the centuries prophets - have given warning after warning often coming under great persecution from government offices determined to act on the thoughts of man rather than God.
i
Scripture gives severe warnings to nations, hence prophets out of love do not back down and this is clear in Prophecy 32 declaring that nations that forget God shall be cast into hell. This warning is given in the context of establishment "church" denying the power and not acting on God's Word. Within this prophecy is a quote from the United States pointing out what is facing the nation militarily and how the nation need the protection of God that can only come if the nation returns to Him.
Prophecies 33 & 34 continues the cry of God to come back to him, the latter prophecy declaring World War Ill as already being here.
Prophecy 35 gives the reason for Britain's financial crisis and how we are to adapt our legal status as a ministry. Britain has seen its House of Lords or "House of Bishops" turn into a rebellious House according to scripture and our Constitution and the consequences of this is clearly pointed out here in Prophecy 36.
So many movements have rejected the original call of God that these operations look a shadow of their former selves as exposed in Prophecy 37, despite the demand to not remove ancient landmarks.
: : :
In October the imminency of the Rapture continues to be the major focus of this year preparing the nation for the Rapture, the nation however rebelling against this. This comes out in Prophecy 38 with a determination to make known the mystery of the Gospel, this being followed by a further warning in Prophecy 39 of global conflict, and a further warning to the Church in Prophecy 40.
Page 6
Life Changing Ministries International Church South Cheshire Trust
Trustees’ Report for the Year Ended 30 April 2025
Prophecy 41 emphasizes the seeking of God reminding us of the great hymn Jerusalem the Golden, Prophecy 42. giving the meaning of “anti" meaning instead of, in the context of antichrist meaning instead of Christ. Prophecy 43 concludes the month insisting the nation examines itself saying the time is near. We can but warn!
Prophecy 44 begins the prophecies this month of January 2025 with again establishing a major doctrinal difference between that of the establishment and remnant church, Paul declaring he was crucified with Christ rather than simply relating the crucifixion to history.
The importance then of "reaching every creature" is featured in Prophecy 45. "Calling right wrong and wrong right" continues in Prophecy 46 with the widespread criminalisation and persecution of the saints with end time prophecies being played out in Prophecy 47. Despite the suffering it was encouraging to have assurances of God's provision with Elijah being fed of ravens whilst he waited his moment to face Baal as it is with us in Prophecy 48. February brought us this: "Confidence", and this is the key as we continue is the word given to us in Prophecy 49. Again in March this emphasis was clearly shown. As previously explained this ministry operates by revelation rather than asking God to bless human intellect which is commonly the case in Britain and so in Prophecy 50 the continuation of the Imminency Plan is given.
Prophecy 51 emphasize that even though we may be in the valley or wilderness that with standing fast we break through and bear much fruit. In a nation that has forgotten God, one sure sign of this is the embracing of Sodom before God given judgment and so the theme of warning the nation continues in Prophecy 52, this coming from where Christianity was first embraced in Scotland, a village now turned to other gods.
Encouragement in amongst persecution is given to us in Prophecy 53 whilst in conclusion for March reminds us of the British Constitution now abused and attacked that founded USA in Prophecy 54.
: . : : : : : : :
During April the final prophecy of the year no. 55 concludes telling again of the "god of this world” blinding both people and governments of the nation, deception being very much part of the last days in which we live.
Part 4: The Bible College & The Bible College Lecture Channel During the year we introduced a further DIPLOMA LEVEL course on THE OVERCOMING LIFE, there being so many tests and trials today, that we were led to bring the Word of God into the situation.
David P Griffiths: In 1997 God gave clear instruction to have in our Declaration of Trust provision for a College. This we did and under the guidance of the Holy Ghost God led our ministry to join together with Brian Mason who had trained under Samuel! Rees Howells, Brian passing away during 2022. The Rees Howells mantle in this is essential, this originating with Rees Howells being in Dumfries & Galloway in the 1920's seeing the vision for the College, William Griffiths being with him at the Bible College of Wales in the 1930's, the college now back 100years later where it spiritually began.
This College is free from the governmental system of textual criticism, instead choosing to have its ethos in the place where the College was spiritually born, in Southwest Scotland.
Here the Covenanters pledged their lives against the religious system, and where Rees Howells made his opening declaration on seeing their Solemn League and Covenant written in blood. The Covenanters had upheld the Royal Priesthood of Believers and the Protestant line of scripture whereas those who have taken over the College buildings at Swansea have chosen the Romanist route of the codices of Vaticanus, Sinaiticus and Alexandrinus, codices that hold the doctrines of the Rome that denies the Trinity and the resurrection, even the virgin birth as it applies to believers, doctrines both Rees Howells and the Covenanters were passionate about. Today many Roman Catholics oppose the way Rome has gone as well and it is heartening to note the interest in orthodox Christianity with the realisation that on both the Roman Catholic and Protestant sides orthodoxy has now become very rare.

The College therefore moved to the Cradle of Christianity in Scotland offering courses of sound doctrine taking on the establishment order as it has done with the Nestle Aland infiltration of the Evangelical Pentecostal Movements as_ well as challenging the establishment order of the national churches in both England and Scotland, and indeed codices used amongst Roman Catholics, Orthodoxy seems to have been cancelled everywhere, bar a remnant.
The principles of our College were laid out right at the outset, intercession continuing, the hearing from God continuing, the very prophecies coming out of this intimacy being significant in the world we find ourselves in today. Here these quotes from Rees Howells himself summarising the very heart of our ministry here:
There are three things to be seen in an intercessor which are not necessarily found in ordinary prayer: identification, agony and authority.
Before God will use you in intercession, it will cost you.
The intercessors love God so much, that they want to obey. They will pay the price because of their love for the Savior. There is death involved in intercession. But the focus is never just death. The Spirit of God is gaining ground all the time. You will gain tremendous power over the enemy.
Intercession in many ways is hidden. The world does not see the prayer until it is completed. Jesus, The Intercessor, was misunderstood in His intercession. Not until after the resurrection did the disciples begin to understand why He came. Only after His ascension did they begin to understand His work as the great High Priest, who entered into death to destroy it. The path of the intercessor is the way of the cross. It is also the way of fellowship with Jesus on a very deep level. {t is a sacrifice of love. The intercessor has the sentence of death (death to self) in himself. in dying to self in order to lift someone else up, we identify with Jesus’ death,
As the crucifixion of self proceeds, intercession begins.
Once the Holy Spirit has called an intercessor to a spiritual conflict, the intercessor must carry on to completing the task, no matter what the cost - and it will be costly. The intercessor will discover wave upon wave of evil as they prevail upon God, to witness spiritual systems that have held millions of people in bondage for centuries, broken.
Intercession is completely voluntary. You are never forced into prayer. The intercessor needs to be willing to enter into a new place of intercession.
The intercessor finds a place of prevailing prayer with God.
The intercessor must become responsible for the prayer that the Holy Spirit gives them. They must ‘pray through' until the prayer is answered.
God was restoring the Bible College of Wales my dad knew as a student in the 1930's. They say to us today that you cannot go back but the Bible says:
Proverbs 22:28 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV) 28 - Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
The whole ethos of the Bible College of Wales came about during the early years, one of going through great pains and sufferings to be glorified together in a glorious result that only the Lord can take the glory.

This is so far away from the counterfeit that has been set up in Swansea of the charismatic movement. This is a surrender level so great and that we have kept to the Antioch line of scripture is so remarkable and so important and this relates into the courses we offer.
With the following scripture ringing in our ears, the hard work in setting up courses, mark schemes etc. in line with true scripture is taking place knowing that the University system of sand inevitably will fall, and only that which has held to the true Word will stand. We have always known that it is right therefore never to affiliate with the system of the Deep State, but to be separate, be holy and honouring unto God.
2 Timothy 2:15 Authorized (King James) Version {AKJV) 15 - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
On offer at no charge therefore are the African, Asia, International & UK/USA Diplomas, and from this base we offer degree level courses up to doctorate level, our accreditation being in God rather than the "god of this world”.
Subjects studied under Evangelical Theology are The Atonement, Repentance, Baptism in Water, Baptism in the Holy Ghost, How to Receive the Baptism in The Holy Ghost, The Holy Ghost, The New Covenant Supper, Deep and Abiding Fellowship, God's Word, Praise, Worship, Prayer, God's Provision for Healing, Freedom from Bondage, The Sermon on the Mount - the Christian Walk, Trusting and Obeying, Commitment to the Body, God's Government and Order for the Church, Biblical Doctrine of Prosperity and Giving - not selfish lust, The New Covenant and Sound Economics, The Every Creature Commission, The Second Coming of Christ Jesus and Eternal Judgment, The Church, The Lead Up to the Rider on the White Horse, Great Faith, Growing in
Faith and Being a Doer of the Word, The Rhema of God and Bold Confession in HIS NAME!
This course gives a Biblical Base in preparation for our other studies that includes The Anointing Course. The study deals with The Anointing on Jesus, The Anointing Within, Personal Leading of the Holy Ghost, Standing On the Word, The Anointing of the Five Fold Ministry Gifts, The Preaching Anointing, The Teaching Anointing, The Pastoring Anointing, The Prophet's Anointing, The Apostolic Anointing, How to Increase the Anointing, Yielding to the Anointing, Peculiar Anointings, The Healing and Corporate Anointings.
Having had experience of facing up to witchcraft both in Asia and UK during meetings the personal relationship of the Abba Father is so important not only in bringing LIFE to a congregation but also as regards protection to one's own life. Moving in the anointing, empowered from on high and moving from the inner witness are vital ingredients for ministry and we offer this course and others on our on-line youtube channel BIBLE COLLEGE OF WALES CONTINUING https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxoM4-3xHcVuQQqBeiTDlig/playlists
In the course "How To Be Led by the Spirit of God”, Spirit Consciousness, the differential between Soul and Spirit, the Inward Witness, the Fleece and the Inner Witness are all covered. Moving by the inner witness empowered by the Holy Ghost is so important. | talk with so many who profess to be Christian who talk with the natural mind. It is not being Christian for this is enmity against God, Peter being referred to as "Satan" in Matthew 16 when using natural rationale.
: / : : : : : : :
Romans 10:9-10 Authorized (King James) Version (AtUV) 9 - that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
The course therefore through the Word brings the conditions for the believer to continuously hear from God, and acting according to the Word being given at that time. This is for the empty vessel, not the intellectually charged individual who simply wants God to bless his/her decisions.

The Jesus the Healer Course emphasizes THE HEALER rather than healing bringing the conditions through the Word for 100% manifestation of healing in given situations. Reasons why people do not move in their healing are given be it that Christ Jesus won the victory at Calvary. There are many reasons and we cover this intensely in the course, for healing was won at Calvary and the manifestation of this is to occur through the ministers of God perfected through the Word of God.
The Other Jesus Course shows the counterfeit which is all over the world at this time.
4 John 2:18 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV) 48 - Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. The course begins looking at the warnings of Isaiah and Paul bringing out the two distinct lines of scripture, one from Antioch and the other from Alexandria, Egypt that combined the gnosis together with spirituality. From here we have today's Alpha course and this is examined in the context of its Anglican and Romanist roots.
Within this context has come textual criticism and the Alexandrian Bibles that forever change at the whim of the Vatican and Bible Societies bringing confusion to once great movements.
The course deals with Taoism and its infiltration into Methodism and the new revivals of the Emerging Church, a movement that began at Fuller Seminary in the United States, taking over orthodox movements all over the World, including the Pentecostal denominations, and even the original Bible College of Wales.
Then in the final! lecture comes the glorious conclusion, a realisation of who the real Jesus is, this realisation being the final intercession of Norman Grubb who wrote Rees Howells Intercessor.
Further courses still awaiting video lecture conclusion include The Prayer and Intercession Course covering the key to answered prayer, the prayer than unlocks heaven, the authority of Jesus' Name, the prayer of agreement, factors to know about prayer, interpreting, tongues, heavenly places prayer, prayers of petition and consecration, prayers of worship, united prayer, prayers of commitment, what Jesus, Paul and others said about prayer, the will of God in prayer, why pray, the prayer of intercession, man's need for an intercessor, Jesus our intercessor, the Haly Ghost - our helper in intercession, the Holy Ghost - groanings and travail, the Holy Ghost and our infirmities, interceding against the infirmity of sickness, the intercession of the believer, ingredients for successful intercession, God's love, identification intercession, interceding for the lost, till Christ be formed in you, praying in the Spirit, quiet intercession, loud intercession, boldness, fervency, desire, perseverance, intercession against sin, intercession in relation to deliverance, the intercession of the Body, intercession against the powers of darkness, fasting, intercession for the nation, revival and intercession, falling under the power and trance fike states.
In preparation also was a very important course in relation to the future of the nation that constitutionally had let in foreign laws binding charities, NGO's and business to a global Deep State Agenda that was highly illegal. Also a course on "The Overcoming Life.”
Teaching of our own Constitution has not been taught in the schools, colleges or universities for years so God has ordained the Bible College of Wales to bring the Elizabethan Acts to the fore, thus in our view the many legal actions against us, but the TRUTH will never be defeated. The course is to deal with the following: The Act of Supremacy, The Elizabethan Settlement & The Coronation Oath, the theological significances of the Coronation Service, the EU Treaties that bound our country and the reasons why Roman Catholics cannot be part of the Royal Family as a Protestant cannot be the Pope - The 1700 Act of Settlement, the 1975 Referendum and the mandate it gave in comparison to the original blueprint of the EU, the corruptions that have bound our country and the rise in cultural Marxism, higher criticism in the “churches” with targeting against those of the old paths, the role of the big banks, the Bible College of Wales and its history of intercession for the nation, its role in constitutional education not only in Britain but throughout the World, the Solemn League and Covenant in Scotland and the Church of Scotland Act that constituted the Elizabethan Settlement into Scotland, the Constitutional protection on the preacher both in the pulpit and on the streets, and the Hebridean solution.

With Classica! Civilization, New Testament Greek and teaching on the origins of Roman Catholicism, Lindsay too has been lecturing through the year and preparing courses to such a high level, that this can be only of the Lord, the preparation for great times ahead has been well on the way so we can begin to say the restoration of the Bible College of Wales is on track, Lindsay being in process too of producing a New Testament Survey course.
During the year Lindsay Griffiths has continued her New Testament Survey Course, we looking forward in future years in gaining more residential students as well as expanding the online ministry.
New courses continue to develop and it is significant that The Overcoming Life Course is coming into the curriculum. This covers Brokenness = The Path of the Cross, The Endurance of Personal Trials, Suffering on Behalf of Others, Sharing in the Suffering of Christ, God's Purpose in Trials and the Spiritual Promised Land, Living in the Spirit, Walking in the Resurrection Life of Christ, From brokenness to Righteousness that includes = The Righteousness of God, The Righteousness That is by Faith, New Creation Reality, Taking on the Nature of God. Continues with Practical Christian Living = Victory in the High Praises of God, The Law of Faith, The Confession of Your Faith, Developing Your Walk in the Spirit.
Concludes with The Work of the Ministry = Ministering in the Power of the Spirit, Ministering in the Power of the Holy Ghost, A STUDY OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST, THE CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATIONS OF MINISTERING THE GOSPEL, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING SENSITIVE TO PEOPLE'S NEEDS. The ministry clearly needs more staff to develop the College training, our hearts go out by the Spirit to bring in those able to not only uphold this ministry but rapidly expand it for God's glory, to “perfect the saints" for the work of the ministry.

Trustees! Report for the Year Ended 30 April 2025
This was a year of preparation knowing God over the years had given us the materials to build up ministries around the world to "perfect the saints” for the work of the ministry. So much of our time with limited staff resource was taken defending the ministry, we knowing it was just a matter of time when this ministry will really take off!
With lack of staff, we did not develop this ministry but look to do so over coming years. The framework is set up.
Our manuals can be found at: https://www.thebiblecollegeofwales.org/bible-assemblies
FINANCIAL REVIEW

----- End of picture text -----
Financial position
Reserves held at 30th April 2025 totalled £146,145 (2024 - £146,045}.
Principal funding sources
The income generated for legacy and donations totalled £47,397 (2024 - £50,093).
Going concern
After making appropriate enquiries, the trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, For the reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Further details regarding the adoption of the going concern basis, can be found in the accounting policies. tn Ocober 2019, a serious incident report was made, relating to former Trustee and Minister Clive Stanley Bate, the objective of this report being clearly to prove that as in the ministry of Jesus on earth, we have had in our midst an infiltrator who has betrayed us, failed to keep to Biblical Ministry Protocol, and in addition administrative and financial protocol clearly laid out in the Policies and Procedures of the Charity.
The report also shows how the actions of this former trustee and minister have placed great financial burden on trustees and pressure at a time when the Ministry was moving its Ministry Headquarters from North Wales to South West Scotland, the spiritual home of the Bible College of Wales, the home of the Covenanters and where Rees Howells had the vision for the Coilege in the 1920’s, a vision that is being successfully restored by this ministry.
: :
The Report also shows how other trustees have come to the fore backing the ministry with designated offerings to cover the losses caused by the actions of Clive Stanley Bate, also other givers who have seen the pressure we have been under have responded accordingly with financial gifts, building up a platform for complete financial recovery.
In March 2024, the result of this is that the Court according to Chris of Vale of Glamorgan Council will take out a LIABILITY ORDER (not an enforcement order against the ministry.) This of course affects our reputation and so it is important to pay the £6,020-84 as soon as possible so as to remove the order. We still plead our innocence, however, with the defence that follows placing in context events that lead up to this summons. The written Constitution of the nation https://www.jesusrapturesoon.org/constitution however demands law to be applied with law and justice in mercy, this Constitution sadly no longer it would seem to be in practice in Britain so before God we issue our defence asking you to seek God over what you should give to clear what is demanded from unjust law.
We do thank Chris of the Council for being sympathetic and helpful for the context reveals all both in this report and the revelation of Jezebel in the VICTIM report.
The three trustees, two pensioners and one on minimum wage are taking responsibility for the summons - we would of course appreciate your help in clearing the demand ASAP.
Please note: neither the Charity or Trustees have any savings.

A website that contains on its home page the Jast JESUSECCTV.ORG programmes that have been livestreamed.
Website 2:
www.thebiblecollegeofwales.org This site took over from the original site in October 2017 having a much more modern format. This is our training site that gives our ethos and heart in relation to "reaching every creature" with the Gospel.
Website 3: www.constitutionkeepers.org combined with www.jesusrapturesoon.org . "RETURN TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST FOR HIS RETURN JS IMMINENT"
This is the bold declaration right at the beginning of this website that for years has proclaimed the landmark of Britain and America, of the Mayflower Compact, but now guided by the Holy Ghost we emphasize the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Part 8: The Personal Cost - Persecuted on every side and why?
Last year we produced a summary of how this ministry began and the threatenings and persecutions it has had to endure - https://www.jesusrapturesoon.org/david-lindsay-being-targeted-story Acts 4:28-30 Authorized (King James} Version (AIJV) 28 - for to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. 29 - And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30 by stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. Britain under the Roman Empire in effect is no different to the contending Paul had to make before Caesar. We know why we are being persecuted, threatened and abused, simply by upholding the old paths alongside the traditional family values of a Christian society. Going even further the proclaiming of true holiness and our unity in Christ Jesus brings further opposition and threats as does the exposure of the failures of the Council of Trent and its hold on society today. The freedom to hold one's faith has been taken away for by doing this we cause offence to minorities in society that hold greater sway in society today than the Christian Church.
Galatians 5:10-12 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV) 10 - | have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be. 11- And |, brethren, if | yet preach circumcision, why do | yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased. 12 - | would they were even cut off which trouble you.

7 - Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, 8 - and a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. 9 - But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
In a society fuil of sensitivities even Christians have become afraid to speak out. As President Harry Truman warned: "Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to ail its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear." [Special Message to the Congress on the Internal Security of the United States, August 8, 1950]" This in our view is Britain today.
in our publication What We Stand For, a non-establishment Christianity it becomes obvious why we have moved to the land of the Covenanters, the inspiration of Rees Howells to form the College.
Part 9 - The Development of the Ministry at Whithorn - The Rees Howells Dimension
"That's God", the guidance is right declared Rees Howells, Where was this, but in Southwest Scotland at the Anwoth Parish.
With all the persecution of our ministry in Wales, God called us in effect to "shake the dust off our feet.” We had witnessed corruption after corruption and with the Spirit moving in us we knew that it was right to move the ministry to a place of peace, to a land of the Covenanters from where Rees Howells received his original vision.
It is to here we therefore have come with a new title - THE BIBLE COLLEGE OF WALES - THE ORIGINAL VISION.
However, with the effects of the pandemic and consequent lockdowns we started to notice a change in the country that was even affecting the Machars Peninsula where we are based. Traditional family values, the ability to express one's heart and above all being able to remind the country of its Judeo-Christian heritage was not only being suppressed, but as the ex-anointed challenged David, we were having to tackle the same spirits.
The country was clearly on a collision course with God but if we continue to stand on the ROCK it will be the country __ that falls, not us!
The national education system has forgotten God, and so God was choosing his David to face the Goliath of the new "woke culture” leading to the collapse of the national system.
This College is built on God and so this year we were being prepared for a mighty harvest of souls, through "perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry."
During last year Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council demanded we take our notices down, close our doors, a person connected to the Security Services & the BBC appearing at our door insisting we keep in what we have inside, hence like Daniel we civilly disobey with Spirit led conventicles and social media output. After insisting that our notices be taken down, nearby the Council waved the "Pride" flag contrary to our Constitution and Christian values - the battle goes on!
it is clear that our country is not upholding its Christian heritage, we being called to build an "ark" where people can come and escape the persecution as we stand together on the Rock whilst all around us falters.
