Fromtheoutsetofthecharityin1997,thefoundingdocumentshowedthemainaimofthecharitytobe the
advancementof the Christianfaith.The visionhas remainedthe same;onlythe methodsof presentingand achieving
the vision, has changed over the years.

Out nationis constitutionallyChristianand we believe thatthe proclamationof the gospel of Christ,which is the main
aim of the charity, is of public benefit.

The Trustees continue to comply with their duties having due regard to guidance on public benefit.

`ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE Charitable activities`

`Introduction`

Anotheryearofovercomingdespiteaftereffectsofthelockdowncontinuationthe7-yearplancomingintoits final
year, the continuation being on the theme of imminency in relation to the coming of the Lord Jesus to the sky.

Despitethechallengeofmanyyearsofpersecutionsandthreateningsparticularlyfrom2010whenwe were
threatenedto be "destroyedthroughofficial channels",God's grace has overcome, the gates of hell have not prevailed
- it is as if the model of the Early Church is being restored.

Whatissadisthefactthatthenationaroundusisinseriousdeclineasweknowit,particularlyinviewof the
coronaviruscrisis,rapidlyincreasinginjuryanddeathrates,our appointmentbeingto presentJESUSAS LIFE opposing
the signs of death all around us.

TodothiswehavecontinuedtopresentourJudeo-ChristianheritageinlinewithourConstitutionalActs, we
continuingtopromotepoliciesandproceduresinlinewithourownBritishConstitutionratherthanbeingunder the
lawsofaglobalorder,nationafternationrejectingGodandcomingunderthepestilences,faminesand earthquakes
prophesied in God's Word.

`To be protected from this, we must give ear to what is in our Constitutional Acts, our Head of State on oath promising to uphold them.`

Trustees on many occasionshave fought any attemptto change these constitutionaldemands seeing such action as  an
act againstthe very heart and foundationsof our nation.Clear signs of a growing totalitarianstate were all around us,
andsobypresentingthenation'sspiritualandtemporalfoundationswelookedtobringstabilityandcounteract the
growing atmosphere of fear and control.

Trustees therefore support the statement of President Harry Truman in relation to Great Britain for our laws (not those
influencedbyforeignpower)liketheAmericanBillofRightsareBiblicalinnature,andthatifwedonothave this
fundamentalmoralbackgroundthenweendupwithaTotalitarianGovernmentwhichdoesnotbelieveinrights for
anyone but the state, the nature of our life under the EU, this being a constitutional rather than political statement.

`Part 1: The Intercessions`

Fromthe1920'sonwardsourspiritualfounderReesHowells(whoseCollegewehavenowrestored)emphasized the
importanceofintercession.Indeed,itisourfirmconvictionthatitisbecauseoftheintercessionthatwentonin the
CollegeduringtheyearsoftheSecondWorldWar,thatconditionsweremadeforanationtonotonlycontinue its
freedom but hold onto its Christian heritage and be able to take the Gospel to "every creature".

Weexisttodaywiththesamepassion,theministryhavingtravelledtospecificlocations,forspecificpurposes to
maintainthe puritanheritageof our nation,a heritagethat gives the necessaryfreedom and resourcesto fulfil the  call
of God on all true Christians.

Travelling intercessions were restored this year during March 2023 in Northern Ireland, details to follow.

Over manyyearsnow amazingintercessionshave takenplacethroughBrianMason,who had been trainedby Samuel
Rees Howells,takingplacein manylocations,andare featuredon the ministry'syoutubechannel,andat ECCTV.ORG.

Afteryearsofpersecution,theministrywascalledtomovefromitsNorthWalesbasetoalandthatissteeped in
Christianhistory,we restoringwith its newly paintedexteriorthe "WhiteHouse" of Whithornmoving in the mantle of
StNinian.TrulyafteryearsofbattleCandidaCasawasagainamongstthepeopleofWhithorn.Fromtheyear390 to
now, the WhiteHouseproclaimingChristJesus is now restoredlivestreamingall over the world,makingthis mission a
worldwide one!

The ministry recognizedhowever that the country was entering a new era, with the freedom fought for over two world
wars being removed, thus the following prophecyright at the beginningof the financialyear was given so that  trustees
mightbeaware.Theprophecygivesreferenceastohowtheex-anointedwouldchasethoselookingtouphold the
establishedlandmarksofthepast,landmarksnowbeingremovedbyaglobalorderseeingChristianityas"bad" and
what the Bible sees as "bad" being good." It is this "bad" that the establishment"Church"and state sees now as  good,
chasing those upholding ancient landmarks as having to be cancelled.

relatingto Wesleyanholiness,so importantfor the nation'sdevelopment,it being fact that those who supportthis are

the communistsbeingseen for whatit is andthesepropheciesbringoutGod'sperspectiveratherthanthe ideologies
and philosophies of those who are under the "god of this world".

`Part 4: The Bible College & The Bible College Lecture Channel`

David P Griffiths:In 1997 God gave clear instructionto have in our Declarationof Trust provisionfor a College. This we
did and under the guidanceof the Holy Ghost God led our ministryto join togetherwith Brian Mason who had trained
under Samuel Rees Howells, Brian passing away this year (2022) in August.

ThisCollegeisfreefromthegovernmentalsystemoftextualcriticism,insteadchoosingtohaveitsethosinthe place
where the College was spiritually born, in Southwest Scotland.

HeretheCovenanterspledgedtheirlivesagainstthereligioussystem,andwhereReesHowellsmadehis opening
declarationonseeingtheirSolemnLeagueandCovenantwritteninblood.TheCovenantershadupheldthe Royal
Priesthoodof Believers and the Protestantline of scripture whereas those who have taken over the College buildings at
SwanseahavechosentheRomanistrouteofthecodicesofVaticanus,SinaiticusandAlexandrinus,codicesthat hold
thedoctrinesof theRomethatdeniestheTrinityandtheresurrection,eventhevirginbirthasitappliesto believers,
doctrines both Rees Howells and the Covenanters were passionate about.

The College thereforemoved to the Cradleof Christianityin Scotlandofferingcoursesof sounddoctrinetakingon the
establishmentorder as it has done with the Nestle Aland infiltrationof the EvangelicalPentecostalMovementsas  well
as challenging the establishment order of the national churches in both England and Scotland.

We continue as with the intercessionsat Cardoness House with the founding declarationof our College being on behalf
of ournationwhoseConstitutionis exactlyin linewiththebolddeclarationof ReesHowells,a declarationnow being
supportedbymanyRomanCatholicswhoarecomingtousexpressingtheiralarmatRomeanditsmoveaway from
orthodoxy.

thatwasevenaffectingtheMacharsPeninsulawherewearebased.Traditionalfamilyvalues,theabilityto express
one'sheartandaboveallbeingabletoremindthecountryofitsJudeo-Christianheritagewasnotonly being
suppressed, but as the ex-anointed challenged David, we were having to tackle the same spirits.

The countrywas clearlyon a collisioncoursewithGod butif we continueto standon theROCKit will be the country
thatfalls,notus!ThenationaleducationsystemhasforgottenGod,andsoGodwaschoosinghisDavidtoface the
Goliathofthenew"wokeculture"leadingtothecollapseofthenationalsystem.ThisCollegeisbuiltonGodand so

continuedtouseWIRECASTwhichhasbecomemuchmoresophisticatedprovidingtheabilityforstraplines and
improved graphics thus giving us a much more professional approach.

The College continuedwith studentsaroundthe world, its operationswe look to extendonce our staff levels increase,
we are missing the work of Canon Brian Mason in this area particularly, but God will provide, we know this!

The Lordhasled us intocertainareasof programmeproductionhavingourdoorsopento thoselookingfor the Lord,
not us, but the Lord. With THE MIRACLE HEALING SERVICEwe looked for viewers to attend to the words of the Lord,  to
findthem,obeytheLord'sinstructionsandmoveinthehealinghediedfortwothousandyearsago.Wegave this
priorityovermedicalinterventionsthathavetheiroriginsinHEK293-thatweunderstandhasemanatedfrom the
practice of medics in ending the lives of children in wombs. Our approachis LIFE all the way along the line, and LIFE IS  A
PERSON - the Lord Jesus Christ, his death and not the death of an innocent child.

ThePENTECOSTALCHURCHSERVICEcontinuedSundaymorningsemphasizingthepre-eminenceofChristJesus and
who we are as THE TRUE CHURCH IN HIM!

The CONSTITUTIONKEEPERprogrammecontinuouslyupheldthe writtenConstitutionalacts of the UK and how by not
keepingthem the nationwas in seriousdanger,God continuingto use "Babylons"to bring nationsthathave promises
to HIM in line.

ALL TO THE CAUSE is our monthly telethon, so importantas we share our hearts and vision for the cause God has  called
us to.

Britain - here we have a missionary outreach of Anglican Africa.

CONGREGATIONHYMN SING has proven to be a highly successfulrestorationof the true Hymnal of THE TRUE  CHURCH
with Pamela Masih opening her heart and voice unto the Lord.

Finally the Scots Kirk through E M LindsayGriffiths to restore the Kirk of Knox, Slessor and the Covenantersrather than
thesinfulshadowthatemanatesfromEdinburghtoday,ashadowboundbytextualcriticismandallegianceto the
sinful agenda of the global elite.

Oursisterministry,thatof MountCarmelTheologicalCollegeandChurchinSriLankacontinuestogrow,ithaving an
identicaloriginalfoundingdocumentas us. A great affinityin the spirithas over decadesbeen there,and it is a choice
to share with you in this report its impact also through local Church ministries throughout the World and online.

Here we helped build a Mission House in the grounds of the College and here are the results as told throughDr Suresh
Ramachandran.

1.SincethecommencementofourYouTubechannel,we havehadconfirmedreportsofovertwohundred thousand
people coming to Jesus from other religions.

2. By watching my teaching on 'Catholicism and Christianity' in Sinhala, we have had over 50,000 (fifty thousand) confirmed salvations of Catholics who became Christians.

3. The same teachingin Tamil also broughtthousandsof Catholicsto the Christianfaithbut we do not know the  exact
number. But we know that it exceeds the number of Sinhala converts so we are talking about way over fifty thousand.
4. Our main YouTube channelhas 74,000(seventyfour thousand)plus subscribers.We do have several other  channels
too that has thousands of subscribers on each.

5. Through our marriage counseling program at least five hundred couples who were contemplating divorce have been reconciled and are living happily.

6. Our programs and Sunday services are aired live online with thousands of viewers from all over the world.

7. Our MissionHousewhichhas 10 bedroomsand all otherfacilities,is used to bringmanypeoplewith broken hearts
to bring healing to their bodies and souls in the Name of Jesus.

despite of our financial solvency and assets.

`Basis of preparing the financial statements`

Thefinancialstatementsofthecharity,whichisapublicbenefitentityunderFRS102,havebeenprepared in
accordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReportingbyCharities:Statement of
RecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththe Financial
ReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland(FRS 102) (effective1 January2019)', Financial
ReportingStandard102 'The FinancialReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland'and the
Charities Act 2011. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

`Financial reporting standard 102 - reduced disclosure exemptions`

The charity has taken advantageof the following disclosure exemptions in preparing these financial statements,
as permitted by FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland':

the requirements of Section 7 Statement of Cash Flows;
the requirement of paragraph 3.17(d);
the requirements of paragraphs 11.42, 11.44, 11.45, 11.47, 11.48(a)(iii), 11.48(a)(iv), 11.48(b) and 11.48(c);
the requirement of paragraph 33.7.

`Income`

All income is recognised once the charityhas entitlementto the income, it is probablethat the income  received
and the amount of income receivable can be measured reliably.

Forlegacies,entitlementistakenastheearlierofthedateonwhicheither:thecharityisawarethat probate
has been granted,the estate has been finalisedand notificationhas been made by the executor(s)to the Trust,
thatadistributionwillbemade,orwhenadistributionisreceivedfromtheestate.Receiptofalegacy, in
wholeorinpart,isonlyconsideredprobablewhentheamountcanbemeasuredreliablyandthecharity has
beennotifiedoftheexecutor'sintentiontomakeadistribution.Wherelegacieshavebeennotifiedto the
charity,ot the charityis aware of the grantingof probate,and the criteriafor income recognitionhas not been
met, the the legacy is treated as a contingent asset and disclosed if material.

IncometaxrecoverableinrelationtodonationsreceivedunderGiftAidordeedsofcovenantisrecognised at
the time of the donation.

`Expenditure`

Expenditureis recognisedonce there is a legal or constructiveobligationto transfer economic benefit to a  third
party,itisprobablethatatransferofeconomicbenefitwillberequiredinsettlementandtheamountof the
obligationcan be measured reliably.Expenditureis classifiedby activity.The cost of each activityare made up
ofthetotalofdirectcostsandsharedcosts,includingsupportcostsinvolvedinundertakingeach activity.
Direct costs attributableto a single activityare allocateddirectly to that activity.Shared costs which contribute
tomorethanoneactivityandsupportcoststhatarenotattributabletoasingleactivity,are apportioned
between those activitieson a basis consistentwith the use of resources.Central staff costs are allocatedon  the
basis of time spent and depreciation charges are allocated to the portion of the asset's use.

Governancecostsarethoseincurredinconnectionwithadministrationofthecharityandcompliance with
constitutional and statutory requirements.

Charitableactivitiesand Governancecostsare costsincurredon the charity'seducationaloperations, including
support costs and costs relating the the governance of the charity apportioned to charitable activities.

Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.

`Interest receivable`

Intereston funds held on depositis includedwhen receivableand the amountcan be measuredreliablyby the
charity; this is normally upon notification of the interest paid or payable by the bank.

Cashat bankandin handincludescashandshortterm highlyliquidinvestmentswith a shortterm maturity of
three months or less, from the date of acquisition or opening of the deposit or similar account.

discount is recognised within interest payable and similar charges.
