The purpose of the charity is to provide a safe place for services and activities to help 5 to 16 year old children to learn their mother tongue language, bangla, and to give assistance to complete their school work mainly English, Mathematics and Science subjects.

To Promote Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of Those Living And Working Within The Spitalfield Ward Of The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets (The 'Area Of Benefit') And In Particular The Bengali Community Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political Or Other Opinions;b. The Advancement Of Education Among Those Living Or Working Within The Spitalfiekds Ward Of The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets;c, The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For Those Living Or Working Within The Area Of Benefit Who Are In Need Of Such Facilities By Reasons Of Their Social And Economic Circumstances And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life;
