**Objects:** TO MAINTAIN REPAIRED ,PRESERVE , IMPROVED ,BEAUTIFUL AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF  ST MARY RYE , ITS MONUMENTS , FIXTURES, FITTINGS , FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS. ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS AND ITS CHURCHYARD.

**Activities:** Friends of St Mary's Constitution: 'To contribute to the maintenance, repair, preservation, of the church's fabric, its monuments, fixtures,  chattels, as well as the churchyard, to the benefit of Rye's residents and visitors - a place at the heart of the town for communal activities, including religious worship, civic events, concerts and other major events'
