Advancement of education. In furtherance of this, Making it! Enterprises Limited was incorporated in October 1997. The principal activities of the subsidiary have been the letting of office space, managing conference facilities and the making it! discovery centre for family and educational purposes. The making it! discovery centre closed at the end of April 2015.
Objects: The Charity's Objects Are Restricted Specifically To The Advancement Of Education Through The Provisions Of:(a) Outreach Educational Services;(b) Educational Consultancy;(c) Design And Technology Kits With Industrial Heritage Relevance;(d) Educational Grants And Bursaries To Schools And/or Individuals Of School Age For The Purposes Of Furthering Education In Design And Technology;(e) Meeting Space For Educational Groups; And(f) Access To Industrial Heritage Facilities.
