Para 1.20 Friends of Ewell Grove has had a busy and
successful year, making a net income of
£20,165 through events such as the Christmas
and Summer Fairs, Parents’ Quizzes, ‘Smarties
Challenge’, School Disco, Children’s Quiz and
selling merchandise to parents/carers such as
Christmas Cards and Tea Towels.
The Association donated £13,369 to the school
during the year including ‘Golden Time’
resources for the children, iPads (including
setup and licenses), gazebos and weights,
heavy belt barriers, garden furniture, expanded
the PA music system, and the Christmas tree.
This resulted in a net income for the
Association of £6,796. Surplus funds are being
saved to pay for the refurbishment of the
school patio and installation of disabled access
ramp.

service, shall resign and will be eligible for re-
election.
The posts of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and
Treasurer shall be held by a parent for a
maximum of three years. If nobody stands for
the vacant position after three years have
elapsed, the current holder may continue
temporarily in the role for one further year
until a replacement can be found, with
agreement of all other committee members at
the AGM or a Special General Meeting called
for this purpose.
The Committee may fill casual vacancies by co-
option until the next Annual General Meeting.
The Committee shall have the power to co-opt
a maximum of two members.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 05 / 2025.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
