**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOLTON AREA, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE SINGLE YOUNG PEOPLE WITHOUT SETTLED HOUSING ACCOMMODATION (THE CLIENT GROUP) WITH SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION AND TO HELP EDUCATE AND COUNSEL SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR PARTNERS, RELATIVES AND FRIENDS WHO MAY ALSO BE AFFECTED BY THESE CONDITIONS; AND2.2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PREVENTION AND EFFECTS OF HIV AND AIDS
