Objects: 1) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Cartmel Peninsula In The County Of Cumbria, With The A590 As The Northern Boundary (Hereinafter Called 'The Area Of Benefit') Without Distinction Of Age, Disability, Gender Reassignment. Marriage And Civil Partnership, Pregnancy And Maternity, Race, Religion Or Belief, Sex Or Sexual Orientation (Protected Characteristics As Defined In The Equality Act 2010) Or Of Political Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisation In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.2) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same
