The committee have continued to ensure the smooth running of the pre- **Summary of the main** school over the last year, facilitating the role of the Manager. **achievements of the charity during the year** The pre-school is based at the heart of the community and is thriving. There has been an increase in those children entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare per week. There were 35 children on roll. Children are no longer limited to a set number of hours per week. The pre-school continues to be open for 30 hours per week, over 38 weeks of the year. Pre-school has had a difficult year financially. There was a very small class in the older Cohort, only 14 children. This combined with SEN provision, where four children needed to have one to one has significantly impacted finances. The pre-school has used approximately £20,000 worth of reserve funds. The pre-school keeps a minimum of £15,000 in reserve. The pre-school will have to discuss closing if they face another year with the same financial pressures.

Reserve funds to cover any costs involved in dissolution of pre-school are held in a separate savings bank account. The amount of reserve funds set at £15,000.00.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011

I report in respecl of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llb) of the Act.
